If You have bought Products for Your private use as a consumer, You have the right to cancel Your order and return Products You have ordered by contacting One Nordic at info@onenordic.com within 14 days from the delivery of the Products. Please include the following information in Your message when You contact One Nordic:
- Order number
- Names and amounts of the Products that should be returned.
The Product must be returned immediately after cancellation. The Products that You return must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and product tags attached.
Made-to-order Products not subject to right of cancellation
The right to cancel and return Products does not apply to any Products which have been made to Your specification or have been customized.
If the Products You have received do not correspond to the ones You have ordered, or if Your delivery is incomplete or damaged during transportation, please contact without delay One Nordic at info@onenordic.com
